Absolutely!
We can also add a cross site IP to your dedicated server which will allow your server to communicate one of our storage of NAT VPS servers in a different location and benefit from the internal network connection.
That would depend on the dedicated server you choose to use.
In most cases, our DVS servers will run on better hardware than is available in our dedicated server offerings.
Both benefit from dedicated resources, however, a DVS is still contained within a virtualized environment. With a dedicated server, you could run virtualization with only a single layer of virtualization whereas, with a DVS, there will be two layers meaning a greater overhead and thus, reduced performance.
All of our Dedicated Servers are currently located at the Hurricane Electric datacenter, Fremont, California, USA.
We intend to offer dedicated servers from other locations soon including Nigeria.
If the server is unmanaged, we can only provide support for hardware failures such as disk and RAM replacement or network issues.
Outside of that, no support is provided for unmanaged servers. You will be required to get your administrators to troubleshoot and remediate the issue.
We provide managed dedicated servers for an additional $149/m.
Yes, it is possible to customise a dedicated server, however, the delivery time will be extended.
