NAT Virtual Machine Terms

At SiteHUB Cloud, we strive to provide our users with a seamless and efficient hosting experience. We place no physical limits on the number of ports our users can utilize. However, we expect that their usage is maintained in a fair and reasonable manner. While we do not routinely remove entries of users we feel may be abusing the no-limit clause, we will take necessary action if such usage begins to affect the experience of other users.
Permitted Uses

VPN Usage: Customers are permitted to use NAT VPS for personal VPN services, such as remote access and secure browsing.

Web Hosting: Running lightweight web applications and hosting non-abusive websites is allowed.

Development and Testing: NAT VPS may be used for software development, testing, or staging environments, as long as such activities do not violate this policy or cause excessive CPU consumption that may end up impacting other users.

Non-Commercial Use: Activities that are personal and non-commercial in nature are acceptable, provided they comply with our fair use guidelines.
- Private TOR: Customers may use the NAT VPS to set up private VPNs or use TOR for secure and anonymous browsing.
Prohibited Uses

Email Services: Mail ports (e.g., SMTP, POP, IMAP) are blocked on NAT VPS. Any attempt to bypass this restriction or send unsolicited emails (SPAM) is strictly prohibited.

TOR Exit Nodes and Open Proxies: The use of TOR exit nodes and open proxies/VPNs is strictly prohibited.

Malicious Activities: Activities such as hacking, DDoS attacks, or any behavior intended to harm others or compromise systems are forbidden and grounds for immediate termination.

Illegal Content: Hosting or distributing illegal, pirated, or abusive content, including but not limited to copyrighted materials, pornography, or hate speech, is not allowed.

Cryptomining: The use of NAT VPS for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities is prohibited.

Port Scanning and Exploitation: Scanning, probing, or exploiting network vulnerabilities, whether within or outside our network, is strictly banned.
Fair Use Policy
To ensure equitable access to resources, customers are expected to use NAT VPS services responsibly:

Resource Allocation: Excessive consumption of CPU, memory, bandwidth, or storage that adversely affects other customers may result in limitations or suspension of services.

Network Traffic: Generating unusually high network traffic, particularly for abusive purposes or torrents, is not allowed.

Concurrent Connections: Customers should ensure that concurrent connections are within reasonable limits to maintain service quality.
Security Responsibilities

User Accountability: Customers are responsible for securing their VPS and keeping their software up-to-date to prevent misuse or unauthorized access.

Firewall Rules: Customers are advised to set up and maintain a firewall to aid in heightened security.

Monitoring: Regular monitoring of VPS activities is recommended to ensure compliance with this policy.
Port Allocation

Official Allocation: Each plan includes the allocation of 5 ports, in addition to shared access to standard ports such as SSH (22), HTTP (80), and HTTPS (443).

Tolerance Limit: We will tolerate the use of up to 10 ports, and at our discretion, we may allow up to 20 ports.
Fair Use Guidelines

Initial Usage:

We encourage clients to exercise fairness without walls, so there are no initial restrictions on the use of ports on demand from the management portal.

Usage Between 5 and 10 Ports:

Users utilizing more than 5 ports but fewer than 10 ports will be monitored.

Users who have been notified about their usage exceeding 5 ports but continuing to exceed the limit will have ports randomly deleted without further notification.

Usage Exceeding 10 Ports:

Users who use more than 10 ports without prior notification and authorization will be deemed as violating the fair use policy.

In cases where abusive and unfair usage is observed, ports will be removed without notice to maintain the quality of service for all users.

Consequences of Policy Violation
Violation of any part of this policy may lead to:

Immediate suspension or termination of the NAT VPS service without prior notice.

Reporting to relevant authorities in the case of illegal activities.
-
Financial penalties or charges for damages caused by misuse.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to take appropriate measures to enforce this policy and ensure fair usage for all users. Our goal is to provide a balanced and efficient service environment, and we appreciate the cooperation of our users in adhering to this policy.
Amendments
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in regulations, technology, or services. Customers are encouraged to review the policy regularly to remain compliant.
