Web Hosting Terms

General

These Terms apply to all shared and reseller services provided by SiteHUB to you for the duration of the initial service term and any subsequent renewal terms.

These Terms, together with your Order, constitute the entire agreement between you and SiteHUB in relation to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. By placing an Order on the SiteHUB website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In addition to these Terms, all domain name registrations are subject to our Domain Agreement, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The Domain Agreement incorporates by reference the terms, conditions, rules, and policies of the applicable domain name registrar and registry operators.

Acceptance Of Order

In this document, the method by which services are purchased or renewed is referred to as an “Order.”

First-time customers must purchase services through the SiteHUB website. Existing customers may purchase or renew services through the SiteHUB client area or by contacting our customer support team via chat, phone, or support ticket.

Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase services from SiteHUB subject to these Terms. No Order shall be deemed accepted until SiteHUB provides written confirmation of acceptance via email.

The date on which SiteHUB sends the acceptance notification shall be considered the Effective Date of this agreement. The service term shall commence on the Effective Date.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time you place an Order. By submitting an Order, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you place an Order on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, references to “you” or “your” shall refer to the legal entity. If SiteHUB determines that you lacked such authority, you agree to be personally liable for all obligations under these Terms.

By placing an Order, you confirm that you are not subject to any trade sanctions, embargoes, or other legal restrictions that would prohibit you from entering into an agreement with SiteHUB.

Compliance and Fraud Screening

All Orders may be subject to automated and/or manual compliance, security, and anti-fraud checks (“Fraud Screen”). If an Order is flagged, SiteHUB may request additional information or documentation prior to approval.

By submitting an Order, you expressly authorize SiteHUB to use the personal data you provide for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes. You further authorize SiteHUB to disclose your personal data to third parties or obtain information from third parties (including payment processors) for identity verification, payment validation, and authorization.

Orders that fail the Fraud Screen will not be approved and services will not be provisioned. In such cases, you will receive formal notice of cancellation. SiteHUB is unable to disclose specific reasons for a failed Fraud Screen.

If an Order is cancelled due to a failed Fraud Screen, all prepaid fees will be refunded within seven (7) business days of cancellation notice. No interest, penalties, or additional compensation shall be payable, and SiteHUB shall not be liable for any damages arising from such cancellation.
